Enclosed in a highly compact LGA package featuring a metal lid, the sensor measures just 3.0 × 3.0 mm² and has a maximum height of 1.00 mm (with a typical height of 0.93 ± 0.07 mm). Its tiny size and efficient power usage make it suitable for use in devices powered by batteries or those utilizing frequency coupling, including mobile phones and wearable technology.
